Commercial Biohazard Cleanup

Here our crews were called out for a biohazard cleanup for a bathroom in one of our local malls.  There was a blockage resulting in an overflow of waste on the bathroom floor.  The workers tried to clean it up themselves but were unsuccessful and actually added more difficulty to the cleanup.  Before beginning the work, our crew instructed of the dangers of not removing any materials that were porous and affected by the sewage.  The crew then was able to have the customer sign a limitations on standard compliance that does not hold us liable for any further damages after our approved contracted work is finished.  The crew quickly cleaned up the mess and was able to have the bathroom operational.
